Collaborative Watching

I went to the cinema after the session and found that the Curzon Soho’s wireless extends throughout the building, including covering the screens themselves. I twittered as such from the 5th row, wondering aloud whether we could have a silent collaborative viewing of a film, communicating through networked text alone. This does, of course, ignore the annoyance of the tapping of keys and the light of screens, but until we get ocular implants…”

Billy Abbott on Collaborative Watching (of movies) - something that interests me, having quite a large movie collection and helping run a hi-def movie club for friends.
